HVAC Maintenance Plans for Green Country Homes
Protect Your System. Prevent Surprises. Save Money.
Your HVAC system is the most expensive appliance in your home, and it runs more hours per year than anything else you own. A maintenance plan keeps it running at peak efficiency, catches small problems before they become expensive emergencies, and extends the life of your equipment by years. Cool Down’s maintenance membership costs $225 per year and includes two tune-ups, priority scheduling, and exclusive member benefits.
- One-Day Installations Available
- Financing for Qualified Homeowners
What's Included in Your Membership
One in the spring to prepare your AC for summer, and one in the fall to prepare your furnace for winter. Each visit includes a full multi-point inspection, cleaning, safety testing, and performance check. Your spring tune-up covers everything in our $79 plus member extras. Your fall visit covers everything in our with CO safety testing and heat-exchanger inspection.
Maintenance plan members are moved to the front of the scheduling queue. That means faster appointments for both routine service and emergency calls. When your system goes down in the middle of summer or the dead of winter, you get served before non-members.
After three consecutive years on the plan, your first pound of refrigerant is covered on each service visit at no additional charge. Every time a technician hooks up gauges to your system, a small amount of refrigerant is pulled out. This perk ensures loyal members aren't paying extra for routine diagnostic work.
If we find an issue during your tune-up or if you need a repair between visits, maintenance plan members receive preferred pricing on parts and labor.
After each visit, you receive a written summary of what we inspected, what we found, and any recommendations for upcoming service or replacement. This gives you a clear record of your system's health over time.
What Each Tune-Up Covers
Thermostat calibration and operation check. Refrigerant level measurement and adjustment. Condenser coil inspection and cleaning. Evaporator coil check. Electrical connection tightening and voltage testing. Contactor and capacitor inspection. Condensate drain line flush. Air filter inspection (replacement if needed). Blower motor and fan blade check. Overall system performance test.
Thermostat calibration and operation check. Heat exchanger inspection for cracks (critical CO safety check). Burner assembly cleaning and flame inspection. Ignitor or pilot system testing. Gas pressure and connections check. Flue and venting inspection. Blower motor and fan operation. Air filter inspection (replacement if needed). Carbon monoxide safety testing. Overall system performance test.
Why Maintenance Plans Save You Money
The U.S. Department of Energy recommends professional HVAC maintenance at least once a year to keep systems running efficiently. A well-maintained AC or furnace uses less energy, breaks down less often, and lasts years longer than a neglected one.
Fewer Emergency Repairs
Most HVAC emergencies start as small, preventable problems. A worn capacitor, a dirty flame sensor, a slow refrigerant leak. Our tune-ups catch these before they fail at 2 AM on the hottest night of the year.
Lower Energy Bills
Dirty coils, low refrigerant, and clogged filters force your system to work harder and run longer. A clean, properly charged system runs shorter cycles and uses less electricity and gas every month.
Extended Equipment Life
The average well-maintained HVAC system lasts 15 to 20 years. Without maintenance, that lifespan drops significantly, and manufacturer warranties may be voided.
Peace of Mind
You don't have to remember to schedule tune-ups. We contact you when it's time. And if something does go wrong, you're at the front of the line with priority scheduling.
Membership vs. One-Time Tune-Ups
You can always schedule a one-time AC tune-up ($79) or furnace tune-up without a membership. But the maintenance plan offers significant additional value:
Two tune-ups per year instead of paying separately for each. Priority scheduling for both routine and emergency service. Loyalty refrigerant coverage after three years. Discounted repair rates all year long. Written system health records that help you plan for future equipment decisions.
For $225/year, the plan pays for itself if you had scheduled both tune-ups separately, and everything else is an added bonus.
How to Enroll
Call (918) 527-6792 or mention it during any service visit. Enrollment takes a couple of minutes, and we’ll schedule your first tune-up right away. You can also book online and note that you’d like to sign up for the maintenance plan.

This is the second time Rick has come out and fixed my unit from someone else messing it up! He’s very honest reliable and does a good job my AC is up and running the same day and only needed a relay switch to fix it! I was told I needed a whole new unit! I’m so grateful for this honest licensed company that helped me and fixed someone else’s sanity! I highly recommend cool down heating and air and Rick!

Rick came out to look at my air unit and explained everything to me on how the process works, what to expect, how much air units run and also told me about air conditioner evaporator. After talking to him I know a lot more about the air units, very pleased with the way he explained things.
